Duchess had a great time visiting with Susan and hollyhock! Susan sent lots of pictures and updates and we could really tell that she was having a great time! We will definitely book again!

Susan was fantastic!! I had never left my dogs with a sitter before. She was more than a sitter, she truly cared about my furry family. She sent pics everyday and made it so much easier to be separated from Ivy and Jack. I went on vacation and it was so nice not to have to worry about them. She only takes one family at a time so that was a big plus as they got lots of attention. She even wanted a smooch before they left! I highly recommend Susan!!

Ms. Suzy is hands down the absolute best sitter on Rover! We had a last-minute work trip and were initially anxious about leaving our Frenchies with someone new, but Ms. Suzy immediately put us at ease. Before our trip, she let us come over for a meet-and-greet so our dogs could get comfortable with her and her sweet dog, Molly. Throughout our trip, her communication was a solid 10/10—we received daily updates and photos, allowing us to focus entirely on work without a single worry. Frenchies are full of personality and high-energy, our girls definitely tested their boundaries. Frenchies can be a handful with all their energy and stubborn quirks, but Ms. Suzy handled our girls with endless patience and genuine affection. Knowing they were safe, loved, and well cared for allowed us to handle our business trip without stressing for a second. She went above and beyond in every way. Before we even got back home, I had already asked her to watch them for our next trip! If you are looking for an attentive, trustworthy, and incredibly loving sitter, book Ms. Suzy immediately. (Also, I am so glad Rover allows tipping, because the level of care she provides is worth every single penny and then some!) If I could give Ms. Suzy 100 stars, I would! Leaving your fur babies is always stressful, but Ms. Suzy made this a completely worry-free experience from start to finish. Ms. Suzy is exceptional! We boarded our dogs with her for five days, and she kept us informed every step of the way, allowing us to truly relax during our trip. We had experienced a past loss with a previous sitter and were extremely hesitant to leave our pets again, but meeting Suzy and Molly completely relieved our stress. Her frequent check-ins provided total peace of mind. We will definitely be booking with her again whenever she has availability!"

Susan! She was amazing with my dog! She gave him the best care that he deserves. She gave updates all time about what he daily activities with pictures. Susan dog is the best play companion and never let my dog feel like he was lonely!! Thank you so much Susan!

This was our second time booking with Susan and we will definitely keep booking! Our Duchess has such a great time and got along very well with her dog. We recieved lots of photos and updates that put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend Susan.

Duchess had a great time and was well taken care of and enjoyed making a new friend to play with in the backyard. Normally she stops eating when we travel away but she ate and was doing so great that we booked her again! :)
