I have been around dogs my entire life. More specifically, I grew up in the pet grooming, industry, and my mother had me starting to bathe dogs for her at the age of 10. I did this on many weekends throughout school and summer. This is when I was taught dog body language and how to gently handle even the most nervous pups. When I was 21 she taught me to groom dogs and I have been doing it ever since. Throughout the years of 2020 to 2025 I owned and operated my own successful dog grooming business, which I built from the ground up. In 2025 I decided to sell that business to one of my employees (which is still successful today) in order to go to school and pursue another life passion. I have also pet sit many friend’s animals throughout the decades. I have become such a trusted source for them to the point of flying my friend’s cat to the East Coast for her when she moved. I am comfortable with all breeds and all ages and have training in small animal massage and relaxation techniques.

I will be coming to your home to stay for the duration of your absence. I am very clean and respectful of people’s space and will only be in the required area to take care of your dog or cat. My goal is to make it look like I was never there when you return home from a long tiring trip.

Susan was amazing. She did an awesome job taking care of our two pups in our home. She sent daily updates and made sure we knew our pups were cared for. Our dogs loved her. When we came home they did not initially know who I was because I think they were expecting Susan. They obviously loved her. Highly recommended. We can’t thank her enough. Susan is awesome! She has sent me pictures and videos showing how Wall-e is doing, and they also show how happy he is when he sees her! Susan is also great at communicating promptly and answering any questions we might have. This is the second time she has cared for our pup; we are very happy and would absolutely recommend Susan!
She was so great. Dogs were really happy and she even trimmed our doodles eyes so she could see. We are behind schedule for her grooming. :) Would have her again anytime we need to seek out a dog sitter again in future if she’d have us as clients again 🦋
Susan is trustworthy, responsive, and my elderly dog seems happy and relaxed when we get home. Usually she would be stressed, or overly tired if we've been gone- but I can tell she loves Susan because she just seems 'normal' when we get home, like we never left. Thank you Susan!

Schedule
I have a part-time job, so I will be available most times for your pet during my stay. If there is a scheduling conflict, I will make sure to address that immediately. I will also provide other service free of charge such as bringing in mail, taking out and bringing in garbage cans, watering plants, and picking up waste in the yard (only what was accumulated during the visit, so please make sure your yard is clean before my arrival). Plus any other small jobs that will make sure you have peace of mind while you’re away.
