Susan was great! She came by to meet me and the dogs prior to the sit, which I very much appreciated. She communicated well, was punctual, and bonded well with my Honey and Tippy. I would absolutely have her watch my fur babies again in the future.
Always does great with our cat who needs medication and a specialized diet. We truly appreciate Susan's attentiveness and quick response time. A joy!
Responsive and responsible! Susan always does a great job caring for our cat Becky. Becky is very shy and requires medication, but Susan has been able to bond with her and gain her trust. Susan keeps us updated on how things are going and everything is in order when we return from our trips. Highly recommended.
