I've been training dogs for over 6 years and pet-sitting for over 3. I was certified in behavioural training in Canada before moving to the states. I am comfortable working with stubborn, shy and skittish dogs (who usually end up loving me). I've recently moved from LA, where I trained and sat for regular clients, and am looking to start up my business here! I have ample references and also experience with cats, birds, reptiles, fish and more.

Susan took care of our dogs as if they were her own. She’s calm, thoughtful, and extremely dependable. We came home to a relaxed, happy dog and a house exactly as we left it. It’s obvious that animals feel safe with her, and our dog bonded with her right away.
Susan is the kind of walker every dog owner hopes to find. She shows up on time, follows routines exactly, and genuinely cares about the dogs she walks. Our dog trusts her completely and clearly adores her. Knowing our dog is with someone so steady and attentive gives us total peace of mind.
We were incredibly happy with Susan as our dog walker. She’s consistent, reliable, and always calm, which our dog responded to immediately. Walks were structured but relaxed, and we noticed a real improvement in our dog’s behavior and confidence. Our dog absolutely lit up when Susan arrived. I wish she still lived near to us!

A typical day includes morning potty breaks or walks, feeding according to your pet’s schedule, and plenty of engagement through play, enrichment, and affection. I prioritize consistency and follow your pet’s usual routine to reduce stress. Throughout the day, I monitor behavior, energy levels, and overall wellbeing. Evening care includes another walk or play session, dinner if scheduled, and calm wind-down time to keep your pet comfortable and secure.
