I have a fenced in yard with a fence high enough for small and medium sized dogs. Our 16lb 5 yr old dog is very dog friendly.

Information Susan P. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know if your dog loves vs likes walks. How often and how long do they go? I have three types of walks. The Sniff Everything and don't worry about the distance. The Strictly Business, get out there and get your 30 minutes in. The Run because some dogs want a little more vigorous exercise. I don't have breed preference but I do have a size limit of 45 lbs. For boarding it's because my fence is not tall enough for a large breed. For dog walking I prefer medium and small but I can take a large breed if it's a good walker.
A typical day
Depending on ability level we will take walks and play in the back yard. If your dog chases a ball we have an automatic ball launcher that is a big hit with fetchers. if you have tricks or behaviors you are working on I can continue what you are doing.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I have also helped raise and care for other people's pets. I would be happy to take your dog on walks, potty breaks or for overnights. I can also visit your cat and give it love and attention when you're away. We have a 16lb dog ourselves who is very dog friendly.

Reviews
I am happy to recommend Susan as a dog sitter. We had the pleasure of knowing her for several years while living in our condo complex in Hawaii, where she served on the HOA board alongside my husband. Susan is one of the most responsible and conscientious people we know. She is dependable, organized, and genuinely caring. We regularly saw her walking her dog around the complex, and it was obvious how well loved and well cared for her dog was. She and her husband made sure their dog got regular exercise, including trips to the dog park and daily walks. Beyond being a great dog owner herself, Susan has watched our dog as well as dogs belonging to other neighbors in the complex. People trusted her because she treats animals with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. Our dog was always comfortable and well cared for in her hands. Susan is also someone who keeps a steady routine — an early riser and early-to-bed person — which makes her especially reliable for feeding schedules, walks, and consistent care. She was extremely well liked throughout our community, and her calm, trustworthy nature made her someone people naturally relied on. I would not hesitate to trust Susan with our dog again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring dog sitter.
Susan is excellent with animals. Her dog Finn is one of the best trained dogs I have met. She has taken care of our dog several times and is great with him. You won’t be sorry if you hire her.
