About Susan N.

Safety, trust & environment

As a veterinary student, animal safety and well-being are my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my own home or in a client’s, I focus on creating a calm, secure, and clean environment. I closely follow any instructions provided regarding feeding, medication, and routines, and I’m comfortable recognizing and responding to signs of stress or illness. In a client’s home, I respect their space and aim to keep pets as comfortable as possible by maintaining their normal routines. In my own home, I ensure the space is pet-proofed, with no access to harmful items or unsafe areas. I always supervise interactions between animals and monitor behavior closely. With my background in veterinary medicine, I bring an extra layer of knowledge and awareness to ensure every pet is safe, healthy, and happy under my care.

Information Susan N. would like to know about your pet

If your pet has any special needs definitely let me know. I prefer a written list so that I can use it as a checklist of items to be done or things about pet that are useful such as important medical history

A typical day

I love to have dogs try new experiences but also do familiar things and playtime that they are used to behavior wise and routine wise while family is a ways. We can do fetch, and a list of things or what you’d prefer or can teach me to do with your pet if very specific or unique, I’m willing to do so.

Pet care experience

I have taken care of dogs since I was very little but now I have the medical experience to back me up as I am finishing veterinary school. Who else would you want to take care of your pets while you are away?

I am writing this testimonial in support of Ms. Susan Naibkhyl who is currently a second year student in the Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine program. I had the pleasure of teaching and interacting with Susan in the fall 2024 and spring 2025 Veterinary Anatomy I and II courses and I can testify to her dedication, reliability, and true passion for both the animal and human population.
