I definitely remember how difficult it is to trust someone to care for your pet when you have to leave for work/vacation. Rest assured, we will do our best to entertain your pet either with outdoor time with your dog, or playtime with cats/dogs.

For 12 years, we had 2 Shih tzu dogs since they were puppies. They passed away in 2022, 6 months apart. We have missed them terribly, and love that through Rover, we get to care for your pet now. We have family members with severe pet allergies so we are unable to have our own pets now—we love to spoil and care for your pets as our own! We are reliable, flexible, attentive to detail, and respectful of your home. We have experience with recognizing the body language and many different ways your pets will communicate their needs. We also pay extra attention to all instructions given by the pet parent. We know how stressful a change in routine can be for your pet, and will do our best to give your pet all the love and reassurance they need.

Susan and Madeline took such great care of our dogs. They spent tons of time with them, played and cuddled them and took them for walks. There was never a moment during our trip when we had to worry about our dogs since we knew they were being taken great care of!
Susan has been so amazing with my two dogs that have very different needs. She’s extremely reliable and I know my dogs are in the best care with her!
Love having Susan and Madeline watch our Frenchie. We can leave knowing she will be loved and watched over as if she was there own. Our dog ate everyday we were gone, which is wonderful because she has been super anxious in kennels and other sitters. We will for sure be booking again!
