Being retired provides me with the flexibility to follow the routine that you have established for your pet. My schedule is extremely flexible allowing me the opportunity to work around how I can best support you and your pet. Whether it is a morning walk, feeding time, administering medication, or some extra cuddles, I can accommodate their needs throughout the day.

Before pet sitting, I want to know about your pet's daily routine including feeding schedule, exercise preferences, and medication schedules if applicable. I would like to know if there are any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. I want to know about your pet's temperament, personality any behavioural quirks or anxieties, and what triggers them. What are their likes and dislikes (toys and activities). By gathering these details ahead of time, I can ensure they are comfortable while you are away.
A typical day
Most pups love both physical and mental stimulation. Weather permitting we would spend time outdoors exploring your neighbourhood or if permission is received a car ride to a new area to explore. I am happy on a leisurely walk for a mellow dog who wants to sniff and explore as I am to tire out a dog with boundless energy. If I’m caring for a kitten or cat I will make sure they get the care, play, and affection they deserve (as desired), whether that’s chasing toys, cuddling, or simply enjoying the same room.
