Susan did an excellent job in caring for Frida. She is everything you want in someone caring for your pet, dependable, caring and knowledgeable. She kept me posted with good communication and photo as well. Frida developed a hematoma right before she came and she was super in following the instructions provided by the Vet. She is simply the best sitter i have had,

Susan is very kind with her own pets and treats her clients as though they are her own. Trustworthy and compassionate with both people and pets, she brings much energy and enthusiasm when walking pets. Clean up during walks is a guarantee.

Susan recently watched our 8 month old Golden Retriever and our 2 year old cat. She stayed in our home, which is what we wanted as to not change anything for our fur babies. She was AWESOME with these 2 very spoiled fur babies. She was attentive. She followed all the directions I had written out for her, and she made comments on the eating - which I appreciated. She let us know if there were changes in our Golden's potty breaks. She took both on walks, which they absolutely love doing. The cat in the stroller and dog right beside. We were out of the country, and we had no worries whatsoever. She sent us pictures everyday. She loved our fur babies. We will definitely have Susan back to watch our fur babies.
