Pet care experience
I live in Alpharetta area near North Point Mall/Avalon. Currently have one Labrador Retriever(5yo) and a 12 yo Maine Coon cat. I work from home. My dog would love visits from other doggies for short periods. I have a large fenced (5ft) back yard. Excited to meet your fur babies!! Well behaved nice mannered dogs only please!!.... Susan and her family were so incredible! My pup had an accident that hurt his leg the night before I was meant to drop him off. The vet prescribed meds for my dog and Susan was on top of it. Sent me updates. My dog unfortunately hadn’t improved and Susan took him to his vet and then the ER since that’s what the vet prescribed. She was so incredibly helpful through this experience! It was so hard to know my dog was at the ER while I was out of town, but Susan made me feel so good about him being in good hands.
Susan K. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.
Guinness seemed happy and tired when he got home. He's looking forward to his next sleepover with Chaze.
Susan was wonderful! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her and I appreciated her open and timely communication. I know my dog had a good time because when I picked him up he did his thing where he stops and looks back and waits a second like, Is she not coming with us?!
