Attention Skiers! We are 12 minutes from Mt Sunapee! I am a lifelong dog owner and animal lover. My husband and I are retired and are available every day to take care of your pup. We treat our dogs like the beloved family members they are. I am experienced in giving medication to dogs and have years of experience with dog training. And we have a Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Emily who loves everyone and each pup she meets.

We felt very comfortable leaving our little pug, Gruntle with Susan & John. We especially appreciated the fact that a “meet & greet” was part of their standard process so that everyone could see how Gruntle interacted with the other dogs in the environment. We feel that Susan and John are very careful with their “guests” and that is the most important thing to us. 😊
Arwen had a great time! She got so much energy out and Susan and John were so attentive and kept sending updates throughout the stay. Would absolutely book again!

Arby is a sweet little rescue dog who gets really anxious. It's always hard for us to leave him. This time was different. The initial visit let him get acquainted with Susan and the other dogs. When we dropped him off he was much more at ease. We loved the photos Susan and John sent us. You could tell he was having fun and being well taken care of. We will definitely use their services in the future.
Susan & John were amazing! Really appreciated and looked forward to the daily video updates on how our Bo was getting along with the other pups. It really put us at ease. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely keep in touch for any future boarding / daycare needs. Thanks again!
Let me start by saying Susan and John are lovely people. However, our situation with our dog did not work out. He's young, crate trained and used to a big farm to roam on. Their place is well suited more for a house dog and perhaps one that is more mature. Ours was a bit rambunctious and it wasn't a good fit unfortunately for either of us. We wish them all the best and sorry it did not work out.

Schedule
We are retired and are home every day to care for pups. Your dog will never be left alone if boarding for a week or more or just staying the day.

Safety, trust & environment
We treat pups as members of the family and our care shows it. We do play time, walks with the dogs if weather allows depending on your preference. We have regular feeding times, can accommodate special diets any dietary requests. Dogs are allowed to sleep with us on the bed, and there are dog beds in every room in the house except the bathroom. We let the dogs out on demand or every 2 to 3 hours and once during the night if necessary. We do not use crates unless requested by owner.
Pets
A typical day
I make your dogs feel at home in our house. I have games I play with them, I allow for quiet time when they need it, they can go outside in the fenced area of the yard to stretch their legs and relieve themselves. They spend all day with me so they get all the attention and love they can manage. If they are good on a leash I will take them out for a walk to explore the neighborhood.
