Pets love my home! It’s vacation!
I’ve owned dogs and cats of all ages and sizes in addition to rescuing injured race horses that would otherwise have been put down. Because in retirement I travel from time to time, I now choose pet sitting to satisfy my need for pets in my life.

Susan was a phenomenal sitter to our six year old husky mix. Very communicative, flexible and kind. Our pup came home tail wagging and happy. He looks forward to his next stay with Susan.
Susan was great, her and Teddy seemed to bond pretty quickly, and he loved the yard. Maybe next time he’ll get that squirrel in the back yard!

Susan was awesome, Flexible, responsive and kind! She sent pictures of our dogs having a blast on her three acre fenced property. Our dog especially loved lounging on the top step of the pool!

Susan is fantastic! Our Sunny was in doggy Disneyland staying with Susan. Her 3 fences in acres allowed our pup the off leash freedom she doesn’t normally get. She was sure happy to see us when we picked her up, but we could tell she didn’t want to leave. Susan was very communicative, sent pics and updates. She even took her on a field trip car ride. We’ll definitely be using Susan again. Thank you so much!

Schedule
I’m retired now so pet care is easy to fit into my routine. My home in Sonoma is situated on three acres of fenced and gated yard. Animals love to run and play here!! Since I don’t have pets myself my home is perfect for them to be indoors too.

I have a fenced and gated yard for pets to play in however I prefer having pets in the house at night for their safety.
A typical day
I am happy to play with dogs to stimulate them mentally and help them burn off energy. Having said this I prefer to do so on my fenced, gated, three acre property rather than walking them outside my property. I live on Napa Road, a very busy thoroughfare and find it safer for pets to be entertained on my property. There is a lot of room for running, jumping and playing.
