We are a close family that spend most of our leisure time with our dogs. I have had dogs all of my life. I have been pet sitting for friends and coworkers for many years. I am a retired nurse and have all needed first aid and medical skills required to care for your precious pets. Our clean no carpets home is perfect for all dogs. We have a large safe fenced yard which is safe for even the smallest pooch to play in. We have warm sunny spots for basking in the sun and couches and chairs just for the dogs. Dogs do not need to be kennel trained to stay with us. We love getting to know each delightful and unique pup.

Susan was such a delight. My dog loved being at her home and I was treated to updates and photos of him settled right in on the bed, couch and lap. He was so loved while there! Before his stay was up I had already booked the next stay with Susan.

I was honestly a little nervous leaving for my holiday—especially with Gracie being 16, blind, and partially deaf. My girls weren’t around to help this time, and I found Susan on Rover just two days before I had to leave… talk about last-minute stress. But from the moment I dropped Gracie off, I felt a sense of peace I didn’t expect. Susan was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of Gracie’s needs. Knowing how nervous Gracie can be in new environments, I was amazed at how comfortable she became so quickly. While I was away, I received almost daily updates and photos, which meant everything to me. You could truly see the care, attention, and love Gracie was getting. It wasn’t just “pet sitting”—it felt like she was being genuinely cared for like family. I can honestly say this is the best care Gracie has had in a very long time. I didn’t have a single ounce of worry while I was away, and that says everything.
Susan took great care of Winnie. She sent pictures and updates so we knew she was doing well. Thank you Susan!
After meeting with Susan we felt very comfortable and confident that Tank would be treated like a member of their family. Appreciated the regular updates and the positive feedback on his behaviour and interactions with the others in her care. Susan will be our first call for boarding our dog.
Our pups run right inside when they see Susan. She and her husband do a great job with our dogs. They have stayed with them 4 times now and we trust that they will be back again soon!

Schedule
The pets get all my attention daily and are never left unattended inside or outside, as I stay at home for work. Whatever schedule your dog needs I am ready and available to provide the care you request.

I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for your fur baby to play and run around. I also have two very well socialized dog to keep yours company during their stay.

A typical day
I enjoy spending time keeping your dog active whether that is playing with toys inside the house or weather permitting, going on walks and playing in the yard. I will away find way to keep your pup busy and if you pup would rather enjoy spending some downtime, we can spend time cuddling on the couch.
