I have been fully retired for sometime now. Therefore I have the tine to work with young dogs to be polite like not jumping up on people, heel, loose leash walk, owner leaving the house first, "leave it" command, etc..

The day begins with saying hello, greeting each other, getting a treat and going outside to run around and get exercise! Then they come inside and check out the basket of toys. Eventually they take a nap while I do my morning chores. In the afternoon everyone gets a good walk going to the various parks in my neighborhood. Each dog gets a private walk until I know their personality. We play catch with a ball or a snow ball and then nap again .It makes for a wonderful day......weather permitting!

Pet care experience
I was raised with dogs but it wasn't till 2006 that my love of animals turned into a passion for dogs. I was blessed to get a Newfoundland, the "gentle giant", and signed up for all levels of training. With time, the family grew to 3 Newfs and 1 long haired mini dachshund. I trained all of them to the level of Therapy Dog! I enjoy training dogs especially when they are puppies I am retired so I am home all the time with the exception of running errands, having a lunch date, doctor's appointment, or walking my dogs! I am fenced both front and back. We enjoy catching balls or snow balls depending on the season. There are 3 lovely parks by my house and walking paths surrounding it!
Reviews

Susan was really wonderful with our needy KaiXin. We're definitely going to book again with her.

Susan was a wonderful host for my little Oliver! I was keen to book with her because she has two dachshunds herself and they're certainly a breed that has a lot of quirks. My Oliver turned 3 while with her and she went out of her way to get him some birthday treats and make him feel loved. She was great with communication and sending pictures, which was much appreciated. I'll absolutely be booking with her again! :)

Susan was beyond amazing. I have a sweet 4-year-old Pomeranian named Thor who has separation anxiety. I traveled to Southeast Asia for a couple of weeks for family reasons, and this was the longest we’d ever been apart since I got him at 8 weeks old. Leaving him was incredibly difficult, and I had a lot of concerns about how he would handle being away from me. Susan was patient, understanding, and truly went above and beyond in helping Thor transition. She supported him with eating, socialization, and most importantly, helped him feel safe and loved. She was also incredibly kind and compassionate toward me, understanding how hard it was to be away from Thor for such a long time. We communicated regularly, and she sent photos and updates even though I was on the other side of the planet. She was also very understanding when unexpected travel issues came up. Thor had the opportunity to be around other dogs in a safe, structured, and loving environment, and Susan put so much care and intention into every phase of his adjustment. When I picked him up after two weeks, he was happy, calm, and there have been no behavioral challenges since coming home. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about having “Aunty” Susan as Thor’s caretaker.

Susan was great providing updates. My pup is high energy and came back tired = a good time :)
