Susan took good care of my two-year old labrador. Dropping off and picking up went smooth. The communication was very clear and timely. I highly recommend Susan to take care of your fur balls whenever needed.

Susan was great to communicate with and easy to work with. Even when unexpected things came up, she was upfront and worked out a good situation for our dog. She was also flexible with pickup when our flight was an hour delayed getting back.
Susan was very kind and flexible to my schedule. I know my dog was in good hands while I was away.
