Dog Walking and Pet Sitting - have cared for up to three dogs in my home continually over past 40 years and enjoyed every minute - feeding, health care, walking, and loving them their entire lives. All were rescues, each with individual issues to be dealt with and special care in their senior years. I have experience with dogs up to 125 pounds and with caring for a diabetic dog - including feeding control, administering insulin and urine testing and special needs of seniors. Out walking, as their age and energy levels demanded, we would normally spend up to one hour and the distance covered would be dictated by their "investigative" mood on any given walk. Within reason, they would choose where the walks took us. I am retired so i have plenty of time to give your pet the first class care you should expect from a pet sitting service. I care for your pet in his/her home as you would do if you were home. A great joy is interacting with them and getting to know them.

Susan is an amazing sitter and her updates and pictures when I’m away are always so sweet and make me feel so so reassured!! Mazie feels at home when she’s with her and gets lots of love and extra care!! Highly recommend!
Susan has been so helpful in taking care of Pepper. She was flexible and accommodating with pickup and dropoff. She took great care of Pepper with several walks each day. Susan was sensitive to Peppers needs for security and regularity it seemed that, even though Pepper is often unsettled, she was calm and relaxed for the whole visit. Thanks so much for creating a home away from home for our dog!

Susan took excellent care of our 13 year old shih-poo in her home for one week. We appreciated the frequent updates and photos, and felt totally confident that our sweet senior dog was well cared for with frequent light walks, snuggle time, and administering medication. Susan was absolutely wonderful with Theodora during her 8-day stay! From the start, Susan was very kind, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Her communication was excellent and she kept us updated with messages and photos throughout the week, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that Theodora was very comfortable and happy with her and receiving lots of love and attention. We truly felt she was in great hands the entire time. We feel very lucky to have found Susan and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!

Walking on the trails and in the parks throughout the city. I interact with the pet I'm walking - it is not just a dog on a leash! We have adventures and generally, I let them follow their nose
