My cousin is a vet tech and I have gained a lot of knowledge from her. I am one of the people that has to pet every dog she see's. I prefer dogs over humans! Many of my friend's have me watch their dogs. I do it mostly for fun and the company of dogs.

Susan is great! The first day was hard on both me and Winston, but the 2nd day he was ready to play. He gets excited when he knows we are going to daycare.

Susan watched our puppy while we skied and she was amazing!! she communicated to me frequently and sent plenty of pictures throughout the day. My puppy got plenty of play time in the backyard and is happy and tired! ☺️

I have multiple areas to separate dogs if necessary for safety or sensory overload relief. I think all dogs learn to get along when introductions are handled at their pace. I have a fenced in area and a nice neighborhood for walks.

I prefer a dog that is well tempered and can tolerate other dogs, especially small dogs. If your dog is not house trained it may spend some time in a crate to avoid accidents. I am home so it will be taken out often to increase potty training.
A typical day
I live directly next to a trail and 1 block from a park. I sometimes take the dogs for a ride to the larger dog parks, owner permission of course. I have 2 very well behaved and social dogs so there is good influence for socialization.

i work from home so I am available at all times for fur babies needs. I can let dogs out more often if needed and walk as needed.
