I’ve been a pet sitter for many years for friends/ neighbors in my home and theirs. I have had pets since I’m 5. I have A great love for animals. I’ve been a foster and have 3 pets of my own right now. I am also part of the rescue community and volunteer to help homeless pets. I promise to take care of your pet as if it was my own. I will walk your dogs as long as they have a harness and/ or watch your dog or cats. I’m a special education teacher, so I’m very experienced with behavior modification. I look forward to hearing from you and having the opportunity to care for your pets. Have a purrrfect tailwagging kind of day!! ThanksSue and be I will take your dog for walks, love them, Snuggle. I can also keep them company in their own home too. I do drop ins. I am retired, I’m available on most days and times. I can usually manage my schedule around your needs. Let me know when your fur baby needs someone to take care of them. I only take 1-2 dogs for daycare. I feel I offer a calmer environment for those clients and dogs who don’t want to place their dogs with many other dogs during the day. I can give them a lot more attention. I can also care for your dog for longer hours past regular daycare hours. It is for this reason I have extended time rates at 5.00 for each additional hour past 9 hours. I have a fully 6 ft fenced in yard. I watch them when they are outside. I can play with them inside or out depending on the weather. I keep my gate locked.

This was my first time using this app to book dog sitting. I was in town for a visit and had plans during the day which dogs were not allowed. Susan was very nice and responsive and willing to take my puppy on short notice. However when I dropped her off I was very disappointed and a little nervous about the state of her house. It was a total mess. She said something about needing to move some stuff from the garage due to renovations but that was definitely not the only reason it was messy. There was stuff all over the floors and it was difficult to even walk through. Also her back yard was mostly unusable due to baby bunnies except for this really small area. So overall not a good environment for dog sitting/boarding at all. If you have a house that is that messy and no where for the dogs to run around you shouldn’t be in this business. And there was no mention of a walk. In fact she told me she took a nap when my dog fell asleep on the couch. Completely inappropriate. Definitely would not use her again. I feel bad saying that because she is a nice person but her house is not ok for pets. My dog is only 1 and still gets into things, eats things she’s not supposed to etc so I was worried all day and ended up picking her up early

Susan and her daughter were fantastic. They kept me informed and sent many pictures so I felt comforted. My house was neat and clean. They did everything I asked as far as maintaining my home. I would use Susan again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her!

Schedule
I’m retired so my days are pretty flexible . I can play with them inside or in the backyard. If it’s too hot or cold we stay in.

My yard is completely fenced in with a 6 ft wooden fence. They are like family when they stay with us. Let me know if any special needs.i also take guinea pigs and rabbits.

A typical day
I will walk your dog, play with your dog, give lots of attention and belly rubs. Tell me his favorite places and his favorite play toy. I guarantee a fun time. I will give him lots of love and attention and snuggles while you are away.

- How much exercise he/she needs. How energetic he is. His/her breed. I am not comfortable taking care of following breeds: pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans or German Shepherds or Jack Russell terrier s. How well Does he/she get along with other dogs and cats. What kind of anxieties or fears do they have and how do their behaviors present with. Do they like to ride in the car and how do they need to be secured. Their vet info in case of emergencies and copy of their updated vaccinations and form of flea and tick treatment. Where do they like to sleep and what is their schedule for food , snacks and foods allowed and sleeping. Do they need to be crated when I need to leave the house.
