Red had a great time with Susan and her family while we flew to DC for the long weekend. He had walks and naps and a great time playing with Archie. He was treated like family. We got lots of pictures and updates, and when we went to get him he wasn’t in a hurry to leave! Susan was great about drop off and pick up. We hit some very heavy rain and had to run back home for a forgotten ID, which had us running a bit late for drop off and she was very understanding and ready for it to be a quick one. We loved that we got to introduce Red and Archie during our meet and greet so we knew they’d get along great. Red also got to explore the fenced in yard and living area, so we knew he’d be able to settle in. Susan kept us updated with how Red looked for us initially, and let us know when he started eating better and giving cuddles rather than watching the window, which wasn’t very long. Will absolutely use Susan again if the need arises!

Everything was great! Susan and Darek took wonderful care of our dog and treated him like a member of their family. Our dog clearly received a lot of love and affection and became best friends with their dog. Communication was perfect. They kept us up to date with lots of pictures and videos which really eased our mind. We have never left our dog with anyone but family before, so we were a little nervous at first. Our dog enjoyed his time with them. We are definitely going to book again in the near future.

This family cares. They care about pets. About communication. About making travel and pet care as stressed as possible. I think my dog had a better time during my vacation than I did. He was so well loved and cared for. And we were kept in the know with daily reports and photos that brought joy to each day. We are so delighted with the care our dog got from this living family.
