Trustworthy Retired Police Officer
I’m Sue I retired in March 2018 I was a Police Chief Inspector in Leeds England. A very challenging job I policed for 30 years and I loved it. I have now decided to combine my love of animals especially dogs with both having the chance to travel and see new places and look after dogs locally. My policing career made me very resourceful! I learnt to come with a solution not a problem!! I have lots of experience with animals having had a black Labrador for nearly 15 years and horses when I was younger. I’ve been travelling alone since 8th Aug 2018 and so far completed a house sit for 6 weeks in Cambodia on a remote desert island this finished on the 22nd Sept. I looked after 2 large kelpies who were great and I was looking after an Eco Resort so I’m used to remote living, solar power, filtered rain water and even compost toilets I did miss home comforts at times. Your apartment looks amazing and that view is fantastic. I then did a house sit in Phuket 13th to 21st Oct and took my life in my own hands driving over there!!! followed by one in Bangkok where I fell in love with Tasi a lovely Staffy/Labrador cross. I returned from a 7 week housesit in Brisbane mid January. From my story you can see I think I can honestly describe myself as independent and resourceful and I like a good laugh too usually at myself!!! Policing taught me integrity and I have the utmost respect for peoples property and privacy and I have excellent 5 Star reviews I can forward.

Sue was absolutely fantastic with our dog Ginny. Sue made a point of coming to meet Ginny 3x before looking after her - this was great as it gave Ginny time to meet / greet Sue. Ginny was very content and happy with Sue instantly, and that meant we were able to fully relax on our holiday with regular updates and photos of Ginny enjoying her walks / time with Sue. I can't recommend Sue highly enough, and we'll definitely by asking Sue to look after ginny in the future.
I really liked Susan pretty much from the moment she arrived. She was really friendly, chatty and warm. She looked after my 5 month old chug puppy who also warmed to her straight away. I arrived home to a pup who had obviously enjoyed her time with Susan. Would defo recommend and hope to see her again
Couldn't of asked for anyone better to look after our dog, constant updates with pictures, i could tell how well looked after she had been. I will definitely be asking Sue to look after her again ?

Excellent, can’t fault our experience with Susan looking after our dog. She was well looked after and Susan is very helpful, flexible and a pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend Susan as a dog sitter, she regularly sits for Archie my English Springer Spaniel. He loves his stays with Susan and looks forward to going.
