Quiet, cosy home, would love to welcome your dog
I have always been an animal lover and especially dogs, I had a German shepherd best friend growing up and have owned dogs most of my adult life, along with looking after friends dogs during holidays and when living with them. My husband Ian and I look forward to having your dogs to care for. Please note we only take one dog at a time, unless they live together.

Susan and Ian are absolutely fantastic dog minders. They looked after Brewster exceptionally well and, from the moment we left him with them, I felt completely confident that he was in the best hands. Susan sent me a photo of Brewster every day of his three week stay, which was such a lovely reassurance. It was obvious that he had settled in and genuinely felt at home — complete with plenty of cuddles on the sofa! They clearly understand dogs and make them feel loved, comfortable and part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Susan and Ian to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog. We’re already looking forward to Brewster’s next stay with them. ❤️
Milo stayed with Sue and Ian again for 2 weeks whilst we went on holiday, he absolutely loves staying with them, can’t say enough about how good they are with him.
First time overnight stay for our girls - in preparation for longer holiday stay over summer! They had a fantastic time and came home really settled & happy. Lots of photos and regular check-ins really made us feel confident that our girls were happy and cared for. Many thanks to Susan & Ian xx

It was our time using Rover and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Freddy absolutely loved staying with Sue and Ian. They were very professional, caring, and kept us updated throughout his stay with plenty of messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear that Freddy was happy, well looked after, and treated like part of the family. We would highly recommend Sue and Ian and would definitely book with them again.
Susan and Ian are such lovely people & the most perfect dog minders. I feel completely comfortable leaving Brewster in their care. It's so nice to receive regular updates & pics. Much appreciated.

Schedule
I work from home full time and we are both here evenings and weekends to give your dog all our love and attention. They would have free rein of our home and secure garden as well as lovely walks in the local woods, parks and along the river.

Safety, trust & environment
There are only two adults in our home so no other pets or children. We live on a quiet avenue with a fully enclosed back garden with patio and lawn areas
A typical day
We would love to visit a local park or if your dog is happy travelling in the car, we can go to the beach or walks along the river.
