Susan took the time to meet us prior to boarding to discuss our senior's needs. She took excellent care of our him. We received pictures and updates letting us know what he was up to. Communication was easy, timely and concise.
Coco adores Susan and her family and they adore her as well. I am able to leave Coco without any worries and relax on my vacation.

Schedule
We have a morning routine for the animals, potty breaks first thing, then food and water, then relax for the day and go for a walk in the evening.

We have all animals in crates or corrals while we are not home or sleeping, but during the day they are out and about with us and on the couch during tv time.
A typical day
Sit on the couch and watch tv or read, take the dogs on daily walks, and sit in the backyard each evening while the dogs run around or hangout.
