Experienced cat carer
I have been caring for cats for most of my life. As a child, my family adopted a rescue cat who we all loved dearly, and as an adult I have adopted two rescue cats of my own. I rescued two cats from the street in Greece, brought them to the UK and homed them together where they have an amazing life with a lovely couple. I have also fostered around 30 rescue cats, including 13 kittens, giving me plenty of experience with cats of different ages, personalities, and needs. Through fostering, I have gained valuable experience in feeding, monitoring health and behaviour, administering basic care, and helping nervous cats settle into a safe environment. I absolutely adore cats and would love to help look after yours whenever you need me!

I will be coming to your home to feed your cat/s. Your cat’s safety, comfort and happiness are always my priority. I take the time to get to know each pet’s individual personality, routine and needs so they feel safe and settled in my care. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. I follow your instructions carefully, keep doors, gates and other access points secure, and make sure pets are supervised and never put in unnecessary situations where they could become frightened or unsafe. I’m happy to maintain your pet’s usual routine, including feeding, medication where appropriate, walks, playtime and plenty of companionship. I’ll also keep you updated while you’re away, so you can relax knowing your pet is being well looked after. Most importantly, I believe pets should feel comfortable, loved and listened to.

Susie is a lovely caring person who genuinely has a love for animals. I adopted two kittens from a litter that Susie was fostering. When we visited the kittens were all running around playing and it was plain to see how they trusted Susie. The two I adopted are lovely, loving little girls, well trained. Susie did an amazing job of raring the ferel litter to be loving kittens. I would definitely recommend Susie to look after your animals.
Susie cared for my 3 dogs while she was up in Scotland for quite a few months. She made sure they were walked, fed, brushed, given meds and played with. They absolutely love her and would welcome her with so much excitement each and every time she came to care for them. I highly recommend Susie as a very responsive and loving caregiver and trust her 100% with my precious babies.

Schedule
I work part time as a massage therapist and I do my own diary so I'm very flexible with cat care times and any day
- CatsSusan can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- Before looking after your pet, I’d like to know about their personality, usual routine, likes and dislikes, feeding habits and any particular needs they have. It’s also helpful to know about any medical conditions, medication, allergies, behavioural quirks, fears or anything that may cause them stress. I’d love to know what makes them happy too, whether they’re a lap cat, playful or prefer their own space. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the more I can make sure they feel safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away.
