I'm an animal lover who makes her own schedule, finding myself craving dog and cat time. All my fur children have now passed on as of this May, so I'm looking to provide dog walks, drop in visits, and pet sitting. I love dogs and cats and all animals. I'm comfortable with small, large and giant size breeds and mixes. Puppies, kittens, senior dogs and cats and sick pets that require extra gentle care, compassion and medication. According to your pet's comfort zone I will hug, cuddle, pet, play with, and brush your dog or cat. I'm experienced in medication administration, at-home blood sugar testing in diabetic pets, logging results on a spreadsheet and injecting insulin as well as subcutaneous fluids when prescribed by a veterinarian. I have several years of experience in all areas of pet care as well as with behavioral problems and training issues. I'd be happy to offer ideas or resources, and follow any protocol you have in place or are interested in implementing. I will take photos and write all the happenings during our time together and send through the Rover ap, or text. I will give your pets so much love, fun, acceptance and understanding, please don't be surprised when they get attached to me. My goal is to make them comfortable and happy, instead of stressed because you're gone. I'm also hypervigilant with the safety of your fur baby(ies) and the security of your home.

Susan took such great care of our young energetic puppy. She was patient and understanding and also sent so many great pictures and updates. We knew our pup was in good hands!
You know you’ve had a great dog sitter when you come home from a trip and the dogs act like they don’t even care! 🤣 Susan was amazing with keeping us posted through pictures and texts about how our girls were doing the whole time. She went above and beyond spending time with them and just generally easing our mind about leaving our furkids behind. Will definitely book her again if she is available!
Susan did a fantastic job caring for my 2 kitties! They got lots of attention and were super comfortable with her. She went above and beyond , cleaning their water fountain and the water they drink from on the deck as well. I would definitely recommend her!! 👏👏👏
