Welcome, Dear Pet Parents! My name is Sunny. Originally from the vibrant streets of Las Vegas, NV, I now enjoy the serene expanses of Mequon, WI. Here, amidst the sprawling farmland, I delight in providing a spacious and nurturing haven for multiple dogs, including my own beloved Snookie, a cuddly 12-year-old miniature pinscher. Alongside my partner Terry, we've transformed our passion for animals into a full-time commitment. With over a year of experience on Rover and officially launching our business in May 2023, we are proud, well-prepared pet caretakers, certified in both Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR, as well as Professional Pet Boarding. Understanding the importance of trust and safety, I prioritize meet-and-greets or initial phone calls with all new clients to ensure a secure and welcoming environment. For these interactions and any further inquiries, my assistant Clar may reach out to you. She manages scheduling meet-and-greets with me and handles bookings, allowing me to dedicate my time to caring for your dogs directly. We require up-to-date immunization records as part of our commitment to the health and safety of all our guests. Life’s unexpected moments are understood here, which is why we offer flexible same-day services, capacity permitting. From dog boarding and daycare and transportation, we’re here to accommodate your needs with compassion and professionalism. Sunny has been great! She’s keep us very updated with our baby Pearl and we’ve been happy to see our baby has enjoyed her stay. When a family emergency happened causing us to stay in town longer, Sunny didn’t hesitate to take on Pearl for extra days. She has her own wedding coming up but she extended that kindness to us during this hard time.
Sunny was able to accommodate our sheltie with short notice and was very friendly and reassuring. This was our dog's first boarding experience, and he was well taken care of. We loved seeing the photos that Sunny posts every day of him having fun playing with the other dogs. We'll definitely board with Sunny again for any upcoming trips!

I dedicate myself 7 days a week, ensuring that each day is filled with care, play, and attention for your dogs. My commitment means over 12 hours daily spent actively engaging with and caring for your pets, ensuring they have a joyful and enriching experience while you're away. To maintain a healthy work-life balance and ensure that I can provide the best possible care for your dogs, I have established specific drop-off and pick-up hours. These hours are designed to structure our day effectively, allowing for a routine that benefits the dogs and supports my ability to manage my responsibilities. Drop-off/Pick-up Hours: Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 6 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM-12 PM; 6 PM- 8 PM Please rest assured that outside of these hours, your dogs will continue to receive the care and attention they need. This schedule simply helps me manage my time efficiently, ensuring that I can recharge and be fully present for your pets each day.

Here's a closer look at how I prioritize your pets' well-being: Boarding: My home has been thoughtfully adapted to include a fully safe dog kennel in the basement, designed to maximize your dogs' comfort and privacy. Each guest is provided with their own kennel, complete with continuous access to fresh water and food. Rest assured, kennel time is reserved for rest periods and feeding only, with a full day of daycare activities to keep them engaged and happy. I take pride in maintaining a hygienic environment, ensuring kennels are disinfected and cleaned daily for the safety of each guest. Cage-Free Boarding ($65 per night): For those looking to provide their dog with an extra level of comfort, our cage-free boarding option allows your pet to sleep comfortably in our home, free from kennels. This option is perfect for dogs who thrive better in a more open environment or for pet parents wishing to give their furry friends a special treat. To ensure the happiness and safety of all our guests, we require that dogs opting for cage-free boarding be fully potty trained. We also ask pet parents to inform us if their dog is prone to marking territory, counter surfing, or engaging in any behavior that could disrupt the household. Our priority is to provide a safe, trustworthy, and comfortable environment for every pet, and understanding these behaviors helps us better care for your dog. Daycare: Daycare with me means seven play sessions throughout the day, tailored to each dog's needs and personality. Dogs are assessed and placed into one of our specialized playgroups: Big Paws (for active medium to large breeds), Gentle Paws (for calmer or senior large breeds), Little Paws (for small dogs), and Lone Paws (for dogs better suited to individual play, at an additional $10 per day). Special groups are also created as needed to cater to unique play styles or social preferences. With a strict policy of no more than five dogs per caregiver, each play session is closely supervised to ensure safety and enjoyment. In-Home Visits: I treat your home with the utmost respect, following your instructions precisely for feeding, playtime, and home security. My commitment to your pet's and home's security is unwavering, ensuring doors are securely locked after each visit. Pick-Ups/Drop-Offs: Safety extends to transportation. My vehicle is equipped with dog seat belts and seat covers, ensuring secure and comfortable travel for your pet. Health and Safety Commitments: My dedication to your pet's health and safety is supported by my First Aid and CPR certification, along with a fully-stocked Pet First Aid Kit. I strictly adhere to dietary instructions provided by you, avoiding table food or unsanctioned treats. A healthy environment is paramount, which is why up-to-date vaccinations and a successful meet-and-greet interview are prerequisites for all pets under my care. Your pet's well-being is my mission. I am devoted to providing a nurturing, clean, and safe environment for them to enjoy.
