Safe, dog loving home! Fully fenced
Hello, and thanks for checking out our profile! We are a husband and wife photography team that work from home full time throughout the year, so your dog will be well taken care of and rarely alone! We pride ourselves in making all our guests feel at home and comfortable with us and our doggo. We will send lots of updates of plays, naps and general doggy goofiness! We currently have two dogs, two senior guys who are living the retired life. We have a 10 year old poodle-mix named Walter. He came to us in 2018 as a senior rescue who still had a lot of love to give and life to live. Our newest addition, Frank is a 10 year old pug-mix who was re-homed to us in April 2020. He is a silly, sweet little guy. Unfortunately we lost our beloved Bella in December 2019. She lived an incredible life full of adventure, friendship and family. We adopted Bella in 2010 from the Brooks Animal Protection Society and she is the reason for our love of dogs and our dedication to providing the best possible care for all doggos in our care. We have been dogsitting for friends for 10 years and love to host more! We allow our dogs on the furniture, but will respect your rules when your dog is in our home. We have a 4 bedroom house with a large fully fenced back yard. We are close to an off-leash corridor and regularly take our dogs to the Terwilliger Dog park. Our dogs typically get 2 longs walks per day in the summer and 1-2 shorter walks in the winter - depending on the weather. They get as much time in the backyard as they want throughout the year. Walter is always very excited to meet new dog friends, he will run and bark for the first few minutes, then wander away to sleep. He is a very chill guy who just wants to hangout with Jess. Typically speaking at least one of us will be home 24/7 when caring for other people's dogs.

My dog Daphne has stayed with Sunny and Jess multiple times and she just loves going there! They are such kind and considerate people and it’s so evident how much they love dogs. There is no one I would rather leave my girl with.

Sunny and Jessica were amazing with my dog Kibbles! This was her third time staying over and she was so happy to be with them! Kibbles stayed for over a week and had a wonderful time. She is normally very nervous and scared but Sunny and Jessica made her feel at home, and I can tell they really care about animals.
Sunny and Jessica are by far the best of the best.

We usually take our dogs for walks around the neighbourhood and sometimes to the off-leash corridor if they need to run off some beans. They get as many plays in the backyard as they want throughout the day.
