Pet care experience
In a household with many pets, I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I frequently foster all kinds of species, meaning I have a very wide array of experience in animal care. I quickly learned that I had an affinity for working with behavior issue animals. Putting in time and effort to see a fearful or hyperactive dog slowly learn to trust and love you is beyond rewarding. Many owners of dogs with behavior issues struggle to leave the house due to having to worry about how their pet will be treated, and I am determined to provide a safe and patient experience for any animals who may need some extra TLC. I am experienced with puppies, in both owning and fostering. I am always more than happy to cater to any unique needs your pet may have.

I am very attentive to pets I am taking care of, I will let them outside at least every 2 hours, and be sure to do activities with them if they are bored. I let dogs lead walks, I allow them to take their time sniffing and exploring wherever we go. All time I spend will be structured to make sure the animals are getting their needs met as well as enjoying themselves. Being with someone new can be stressful for a pet, so I do my best to bond in the time spent with the pet to make it as comfortable of an environment as possible. I am willing to meet any accomodations a pet may need in their care.

If your pup is fearful, please allow extra time before a walk, drop in or house visit to introduce myself and be sure they are comfortable with me. I'd also like to know any behavioral quirks, aggressions and allergies.
A typical day
I enjoy to do training games with the dogs I watch, asking them for tricks they know either for treats or kibble. I will toss a toy for as long as they want, and do hide and seek with treats or toys. There will be no shortage of play and attention when your pet is under my care.
