With years of experience, I’ve cared for a variety of pets, including my own four at home: three cats and a dog. I’ve had the opportunity to pet-sit for extended periods, and always strive to maintain the pet’s normal routine to minimize stress. Had an excellent experience with Sun - very reliable and kept me posted throughout and proactively checked in with questions. What is more, she clearly knows how cats "tick" - glad I found her !
Sun was great. She is very responsible, thoughtful, communicative, and took great care of my dog, Daisy. My house looked great when I got home and Daisy said she had a great time with Sun. (Ok, not with actual words, but she seemed very happy.)
Sun did a fantastic job watching my dachshund over the weekend at my condo while I was out of town. I found her to be thoughtful, patient, communicative, professional, and kind. My dog has had a complicated year medically and I felt that Sun listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure my little guy was comfortable. She also did a great job with my two guinea pigs. I will definitely be using her in the future!
Sun was such a great sitter for our four cats! She was able to administer eye drops for our very skittish cat—he is usually very shy and suspicious of any new people but seemed to like her very much. Our older cat is a bit of a grouch and can be very picky about her people, so we were very surprised to get pictures of her snuggling with Sun! We received comprehensive daily updates with pictures of everyone looking relaxed and happy. She took care of the house as if it were her own and went above and beyond more than once while it was snowing. We actually suspect the cats miss her now because they’ve been sleeping on the couch as if they’re waiting for someone to come home, and I’ve caught one of the kittens meowing for her at night. We can’t recommend her enough, and hope to book with her again in the future!
Sun provided great care for my two cats, including giving medication to one of them! I hope to book with her again in the future.
Finding a sitter online can be scary, but I want to tell anyone reading this review and asking yourself if you should entrust Sun with your best friend: you absolutely should! Not only was she super responsive and professional from the get go, but she followed my instructions to a T and made sure to let me know how my cat was doing every step of the way. It goes without saying that my cat had a fantastic time hanging out with her!
