I have been taking care of animals since I was 10yrs old. It started with my neighbor, who had 20+ cats! I went and fed and scooped boxes anytime she was away. As an adult, I’ve worked almost exclusively with animals. I’ve worked in multiple animal hospitals and am currently a pooper scooper with tons of doggie friends! I’m comfortable administering medications including injections. I will love your furry family members!

Summer is the best! She always send pictures and updates of our lil buddy. Bones (our doggie) loves her and her pets and gets daily walks and outdoor time. We have booked with her twice and will again in the future.
Summer is an amazing pet sitter. She has cared for our pets multiple times, including two longer stays, and we trust her completely. She sends daily updates with photos and thoughtful observations, and it’s obvious how much she genuinely cares. Our two young cats and our dog with separation anxiety are always happy, relaxed, and well cared for. She treats them like her own, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her.
Summer was amazing! She was timely, communication was clear and regular, and the dogs loved her! She was a perfect houseguest as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!
Summer was an amazing sitter for our two big dogs over Christmas! She went out of her way with pics sent and some videos. Too great! She also took both for nice walks!
Summer was so wonderful with my old puppy. I felt she truly cared for her. The extra attention, such as a heating pad when it was cold out, was above and beyond what I hoped. Plus, she kept me informed on her daily activities and health.
Our dogs were so well taken care of, that it felt that the dogs were on their own vacation. Summer offered plentiful updates with photos for the duration of our long trip. We loved her pics and videos of our pups hanging out with her dog Daisy and coexisting with her cat, Dre. We've never felt so comfortable leaving our dogs. Summer is an excellent caretaker and I'd confidently leave our dogs with her again. This is the longest we have been away from our doggos (17 days) and they looked stress free from the time we left, to the time we picked them up.

Schedule
I am gone from the home about 8 hours on weekdays. I leave at about 7am and am home at about 2pm. Your dog will still be let out to potty during that time however, as my brother (an avid animal lover) works later hours and can give them a potty break while I’m gone. If I pet sit in your home, the pets will need to be able to wait for about 8 hours.

Safety, trust & environment
If your pet stays in my home, they will have a fenced yard and will be let out every 4 hours. I am gone about 8ish hours to work personally, but both my husband and brother live in the home and work different hours. Your dog will be let out to potty whenever they need. We have one small friendly dog, and one large friendly cat. All dogs must be dog and cat friendly. Cats can be isolated in their own room away from our pets. If I am staying in your home, all pets must be able to be alone for about 8 hours at a time while I’m working.

A typical day
Doggies can play in the yard with your provided toys. I can walk your dog/s once a day with a provided harness. Harnesses are much preferred over collars, your dog’s safety is my top priority.

- I can walk your dog once a day and we can play in the yard. If your dog needs more than one walk, and more than 30min of play a day, we aren’t the right fit.
