Information Summer R. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to get to know your pet a bit before their stay! A few things that help me take the best care of them: Are they house and crate trained? Just good to know ahead of time so I can make sure they’re comfortable. It’s also helpful to know their feeding schedule (how much, how often, and any allergies to watch for), plus any medications and the easiest way to get them to take it. On walks, I like knowing if they’re leash reactive around other dogs, people, or bikes, so I can plan our routes accordingly. And if they’ve got a favorite toy, blanket, or comfort item that helps them feel at home, please bring it along! If your pup has any anxieties (separation, thunderstorms, fireworks, etc.), I’d love to know so I can help keep them calm and comfortable. And of course, your vet’s name and number is always good to have on hand, just in case. A meet and greet beforehand is the perfect time to chat through all of this and make sure we’re on the same page and get our pups acquainted before the big day. I want your pup to feel right at home from day one!
A typical day
There’s tons of love and playtime to go around! We’ve got a gated dog park close by where your pup can run free and really let loose. The AC stays on inside, so there’s always a cool, comfy spot to relax after all that energy gets out. Our neighborhood is full of good sniffs too — think chirping birds, playful squirrels, and plenty to explore on our walks. And when it’s time to wind down, I’ve got a whole toy basket ready for more fun. Trust me, your pup is in for a great time over here!

🌟 NOW ACCEPTING NEW PETS! 🌟 Hey there, fellow animal lover! I'm Summer! I've been dog walking and sitting through Rover since 2018, and I genuinely love it. Getting to meet so many different pets (and their humans) over the years has been such a fun ride. My husband and I live in Aliso, and it's honestly a great spot for dogs, tons of park-like areas nearby, so there's no shortage of good walking routes and new smells to check out. We've also got our own pup, Meisje, who’s used to all kinds of furry friends at our house. We even have a gated dog park in our community where the dogs can run around off leash! I'm a sucker for dogs of every size and personality, and I'd love to bring your pup along on some of our favorite walks. I've built up a good handful of happy repeat clients and reviews over the years, so you can trust your pet's in good hands while you are away. We can’t wait to meet you and your pup!

Summer was amazing! She watched my girls for the day while I was in town for something important, and having them in such a warm, welcoming home made everything so much easier. I’m not from the area, but from the moment we arrived I could tell my pups were comfortable and relaxed. My mom felt the exact same way. I really appreciated that Summer took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand — that always means so much when you’re leaving your dogs with someone new. And her sweet pup Meshi is the absolute cutest! All the little ladies got along great. If I’m ever back in the area, I will 100% book with Summer again. I’ve already referred her to my cousin too. Highly, highly recommend!
Super friendly and knowledgeable!
Summer helped sit our sweet Pom mix over the holidays while we were travelling. She was very positive and communicative. She sent text and picture updates daily. Our pom has mild separation anxiety so it was important for us to find someone who was attentive and loving and we were happy to see that Mabel seemed very content the entire time. She came home clean and happy. I think she even misses Summer and her fur baby. We will absolutely look to board Mabel with Summer again. Thank you Summer!
