When I was growing up my mom started an exotic animal rescue, caring for all of the animals that the shelter would not take. That started my early journey with pet care. I have been doing housesitting both on and off Rover for about six years now. In recent years was full time living on an animal sanctuary taking care of 8 black cats and 10 goats. I have taken care of so many different animals in my life!!

I will provide in-home care for your fur baby and attend to their usual schedule. I can stay at the house while you are away on a trip so they don't have to change their environment. I will provide them with company, meals, medication (if needed), playtime and walks.

summer did great house sitting for us for 3 nights. she was responsive, asked questions when needed, and sent pics whenever asked :) we came home to a clean house and a very happy dog and cat!
This is our first time working with Summer on drop-in visits (as opposed to house-sitting) and everything went smoothly (which is no surprise! 😊).
Summer is our regular sitter and it gives us great peace of mind to know that our senior kitty is in good hands.
Summer did a great job watching our house and our animals. We would book with them again. We hit major traffic on our way home and Summer offered to stay longer with our pets which we really appreciated. :)
Summer is an excellent sitter. She is attentive and observant to our kitty, communicates well, and was flexible when we needed to make a change to our planned sit. We have hired Summer several times now and continue to be very happy her level of service.
We loved having Summer stay at our house. Our dog pretzel was happy and calm when we got home. The house was exceptionally clean and she provided very good updates. Easy to communicate with.

Schedule
I am currently working part time four days a week and my shifts are no longer than 5-6 hours. The time I go in to work varies but I would never get out later than 5:30pm. Right now I am working weekdays, but that could change.

- It's good to know feeding times & walk times, special needs and medications, their relationship to being on a leash, and how they do with other dogs in case they run into one walking if they are aggressive or other special personality traits to attend to. Its also good to know how they might react to a sitter on the first day coming into their house.
