Because of this, I can easily come and go as needed, fitting pet care seamessly into my daily routine. This allows me to provide attentive, reliable care to each pet, ensuring they get the time and attention they deserve.

At this time I only provide pet care in the clients home. I make sure to follow each pets routine closely, keeping their environment safe and familiar, and provide regular updates to owners. I ensure I keep a clean, secure space and respect each pet's, and their owners, comfort and boundaries so they feel at ease. I also pride myself on being responsible and reliable. I have my own car and hold my own personal vehicle insurace, so I can take pets to appointments or emergencies if needed, within reason.

A typical day
A typical day with me is all about tailoring the fun to your pet's needs! For more active pups, we might go for a walk around the neighborhood, play catch in the backyard, or visit a nearby park. For more laid back dogs and kitties, we'll have cozy cuddle time, play with their favorite toys, or maybe do some indoor enrichment activities. Wether your pet loves adventure or staying in I'll make sure they get the perfect amount of fun, comfort, and care.

Pet care experience
My whole life I've loved animals, it started as a young child when I'd rescue injured turtles and bring them home.. then as a teenager it turned into rescuing cats, dogs, geese, chipmunks, raccoons, opposums, rabbits, and birds. I had cats, dogs, fish and yes..2 rats as pets as a child. I currently have my kitty Luna, she's 5 years old and is just the sweetest little cuddle bug. Growing up I thought my animal soft spot came from my parents who used to occasionally rescue as well.. then I realized it wasn't that. It was just, I love animals. They're goofy beings, each with a personality of their own, and have nothing but love to give if they're treated properly. If I'm at an event, it's a guarantee I'll befriend the animals before any humans. I've been blessed that each animal I've connected with has picked up on the love I have for them and typically trust me just about instantly. Since my teenage years, I started doing daily drop-ins which quickly grew to over night stays for night long furry cuddles. I currently care for 4 familes, 2 with pets on medications and my flexible job lets me balance both perfectly!

I have known Summer for a few years and she has been the best pet sitter! She is very patient, kind and definitely an animal lover. My cat Winston suffers from anxiety and Summer visited my home a few times to let Winston get acclimated to her and after one visit-he walked right up to her without fear. She is a hard worker who has a big heart for all animals & is always willing to give all the love & care animals need. She is very reliable, respectful & responsible. I highly recommend her for any animal sitting opportunities! My cat Winston absolutely loves her now 🥰
Summer is absolutely incredible! From the moment we met, we knew our dogs Charlie and Maui were in good hands. She sent photos and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Summer goes above and beyond. Our dog takes daily meds, has a strict food diet, and follows all instructions perfectly. Our dogs love her and the fish, too (we forgot about the fish, and she took care of feeding it while we were away!). Our family loves her! We came home to happy, healthy dogs. Highly recommend her for anyone needing extra care and attention for their pets! We will definitely book with her again (and again!). It’s such a relief to know that someone so responsible is watching over our pups, who will also stay in our home. More than FIVE STARS!
