Hello and welcome to my profile. If you’re new to Rover, I’m happy to help make your experience a positive one. I understand how important it is to feel confident in who you trust with your fur baby(ies). A little bit about me and what sets me apart as a professional pet care provider. I bring many years of hands-on experience with an attentive, steady approach to care. I am highly observant, reading body language and behavior closely to understand each pet quickly, notice subtle changes early, and adjust care thoughtfully when needed. As a result, many pets settle in and become comfortable with me relatively quickly. My work is informed by decades of experience in holistic animal health, along with hands-on training experience, and I am currently in the process of obtaining certification as a dog trainer, allowing me to support pets in a practical, balanced way focused on comfort, routine, and overall well-being. I intentionally keep a limited number of dogs in my care so each one receives consistent, one-on-one attention in a comfortable, low-stress environment. I have experience with puppies, seniors, and pets with anxiety or medical needs, and I incorporate light training and enrichment when appropriate.

Schedule
Pet care is a core part of my daily routine, not something I fit in around other commitments. Each day includes feeding, potty breaks, outdoor time, enrichment, and rest, all tailored to the pets in my care. My schedule allows me to be consistently available throughout the day, providing attentive care in a predictable, loving and structured setting.

For pets staying with me, I provide a comfortable environment with consistent routines and close supervision. I focus on safety, rest, and individualized care, while also ensuring plenty of outdoor time and play throughout the day. Dogs enjoy regular opportunities to move, explore, and play in a way that matches their energy level, helping them settle in, feel secure, and stay happily engaged. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your established routines closely and am mindful of your space and belongings. I pay attention to details and ensure your home is left neat and tidy. My goal is for you to return to a relaxed pet and a home that feels well cared for.
Pets
A typical day
Daily activities are tailored to each dog’s age, energy level, and personality. Outdoor time is an important part of the day and includes gentle walks along the river and time exploring the wooded hiking trail on the property, which provides both physical exercise and mental stimulation. Playtime may include fetch with outdoor toys, as well as quieter moments resting on the porch and watching boats and barges go by — something many dogs find especially enjoyable. Activities are balanced with downtime so dogs can rest and settle comfortably throughout the day.
