I’ve been caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities for over 20 years. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, I provide attentive, reliable care that honors each pet’s routine, temperament, and individual needs. I specialize in long-term and overnight house and pet sitting, and also offer drop-in visits. I keep my schedule intentionally balanced so I can be fully present with the animals I’m caring for, rather than rushing between commitments. Consistency, calm, and trust are central to how I work. I’m now serving Burnsville, Weaverville, Asheville, Johnson City, TN, and surrounding areas. I’m comfortable and confident with daily routines, medications, walks, and maintaining a clean, comfortable home environment. I also care for houseplants and am happy to help with light garden watering and weeding, so your whole home stays tended while you’re away. I communicate clearly, follow instructions carefully, and treat each home with the same respect I give the animals who live there. My goal is for your pets to feel settled, secure, and genuinely cared for, and for you to feel confident knowing your home, plants, and animals are in steady, capable hands.

Summer was very attentive and gave us good updates. She took care of Max’ needs very thoroughly (Max deals with a hot spot on his paw and required wearing a cone most times on top of his not Al senior care needs). We certainly can recommend her.
Summer has blown every other dog and housesitter out of the water. Between coming home to a clean house, a satisfied dog, happy cats and clean litter, there really wasn’t a box she didn’t tick! She even found my missing debit card. Truly the best rover experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you so much summer, you are so appreciated.
Summer leaves the house in perfect condition. She spend time with my cats so they are well socialized when I get back and treat me like I'd never left. She takes care of plants and even organized the cat food drawer. You could not get a better cat/house sitter.
The cats acted like I'd just come back from the grocery store, the house was spotless. What more could you ask? I got regular updates on my week long trip so had no worries that they were being well taken care of, they were obviously interacting with Summer as they would with me, playing and purring.
Summer is great. Yogi fell in love with her immediately and from the photos he was obviously happy and not at all anxious. We're happy we found someone we can feel comfortable leaving him and our home with.

Schedule
I’m available full-time, seven days a week, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. While my schedule is flexible, I’m intentional about the sits I accept so I can give each one the attention it deserves. I specialize in overnight house and pet sitting, offering consistent presence so pets aren’t left alone for long stretches.
