Availability
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. On weekdays, I work as a preschool teacher until 1pm, which allows me to provide reliable afternoon, evening, and nighttime care, including walks, feedings, and check-ins. On weekends, I have much more flexibility and availability, so I can accommodate a wider range of needs, including extended visits or more frequent check-ins.

Hi there! I’ve been a dedicated pet owner for 30+ years (wow!) and have cared for both cats and dogs - while building a deep understanding of their unique personalities and needs. I love animals so much! My experience includes working with special needs dogs, so I’m comfortable providing extra patience, attention, and care when it’s required. Currently, I work part time as a preschool teacher and manager, working closely with young children. I am also a mom to two middle-schoolers. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you are away! Can’t wait to meet your pets!

I've known Summer for six years and our daughters are best friends. Summer is an amazing human and pet mama! She is loving, honest, organized, creative, reliable and caring. We have used Summer several times to watch our pets, and she has done a great job! She takes our dogs on long walks, spends time playing with them, individually and together, and always makes sure to secure our fences before leaving the property. We trust her with our pets, and will definitely be using her again in the future.
Summer is my go to sitter/walker! She knows, accepts and loves my neurotic, quirky, old man of a dog!! I feel completely comfortable leaving Dodge with her whenever I am away, whether it’s for several days or just a walk around the block. She’s clean, communicative and warm. I cannot recommend Summer enough!
