We hired Summer for six 30min. drop in visits over 3 days while I was working 12+ hours shifts and my husband was away for work. The first day, she only spent 15min and 10min per visit, and didn't send photos as I had requested. We asked her to stay the full 30 min, and the next day she did, but she was 1.5 hours late and didn't communicate with us until we reached out through someone at Rover. She never came for the second visit that day, leaving our dog alone for over 8 hours with no potty break, and has not responded to our messages. We had to hire 2 other people at the last min to cover the 3rd day, since we didn't think Summer would show up, and it caused a ton of stress. I don't know if something happened, and I do hope she's okay, but the lack of communication and then ghosting us in the middle of it all was not okay.

Summer was alright. Her response time was slow when asking questions and getting an answer. I didn’t like that she didn’t send pics, only when I asked. The other sitters that I used, would always update me without me asking. I understand she has small kids and busy with other things but she also has to understand that she was in the care of someone’s pet that is family that we have had since he was five weeks old. I think he enjoyed his stay because he loves kids and is a good boy.

Summer was the first sitter we left our pup with, and he seemed like he had a blast with her dog! She was very responsive to my texts.

Summer was a fantastic sitter and accommodating when I had delayed flights. Highly recommend.

I could tell she has experience working with animals, really professional and polite. Will definitely be rebooking.

I was very pleased with Summer who took care of my dog Phaedra for 3 days. I felt completely at ease with her experience and will leave Phaedra Visit her again on my NEXT westbound trip!
