Sumi is an excellent cat sitter! She cared for Mittens as if she were her own cat. Sumi gave us daily updates and photos which showed how happy Mittens was in her temporary home. Sometimes Mittens is stressed when she needs to be boarded, but she came home from Sumi as her normal happy self. We were so thrilled with the care that Mittens received. We highly recommend Sumi for you pet sitting needs!
Would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was absolutely the best. My cats loved there stay and had fun playing with the kids. She sent pictures throughout the day to keep us updated that they were doing good. She even put them back in their crates when I went to pick them back up. Will definitely use Sumi again in the future.
Our cats Coco and Tigger have never been boarded before. I was very nervous to leave them, but had no other choice. I'm so happy that we found Sumi! I cannot say enough great things about her care of the boys. She is detail oriented, organized, responsive, patient, reassuring, a great communicator, flexible, and genuinely loves cats. She took the time to get to know each of the cats and move at their pace to get them comfortable. She follows directions, goes above and beyond, interacts and plays with the cats and sends updates, pictures and videos daily. When I went to pick them up they seemed content and happy. I was so worried about them, but with Sumi's expert care I was confident they had a great stay. If I ever had to board the cats again it would be with Sumi - 100%! Thank you for everything Sumi 😻😻
I recently had the pleasure of having Summitra take care of my two cats Coco & Ariel while I was away, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She provided daily updates that included the cutest pictures and videos, which was such a joy to receive and truly eased my worries. Summitra not only ensured they were well-fed and comfortable but also took the time to play with them, which was impressive given their usually grumpy nature. My cats seemed to have a lovely time and were clearly well cared for. I’m already looking forward to rebooking Summitra in the future. Highly recommend her services!
