My name is Sumedh T. I have been an animal lover since I was a kid, taking care of my friends’ dogs often. I enjoy spending time with dogs- taking them out for walks, playing games, teaching them new tricks and commands, and understanding their different personalities and behaviors. I volunteered at a dog shelter where I fed, cleaned, and cared for various breeds of dogs. I’m very excited that my wife and I are planning to adopt a rescue in the next year, our neighborhood is very walkable and pet friendly. Professionally, I am a software engineer and in my free time I love playing video games, cooking, traveling, dog-walking/sitting, and I’ve recently taken up biking. I work from home, so I have the flexibility to monitor and attend to the needs of the dogs I’ve boarded throughout the day. I am able to take breaks for dog walks in the morning and the evening. While boarding I’m able to constantly able to watch the pet. Outside of the home I am always on the lookout for any type of sign from the pet and am able to react quickly.
