I am Jess, I grew up in the mountains of Hong Kong surrounded by animals, and caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I grew up with both dogs and cats, including elderly pets, so I understand the patience, attention, and gentle care they sometimes need. Since moving to the UK, I have helped friends and my landlord with cat and dog sitting while they travel. I currently look after my landlord’s three cats while he travels around the world, and I love keeping owners updated with cute photos and messages. Your pets will receive lots of care, attention, and affection with me. I always make sure their needs are met, they feel comfortable and safe, and they never feel bored or lonely. I will care for them as if they were my own.

I always try to create a calm and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I carefully follow owners’ routines, feeding schedules, medication needs, and any special requirements. I am very patient and attentive with animals, especially shy, anxious, or elderly pets. I also love sending cute updates and photos to owners so they know their pets are happy and safe.

Jess was great and cheddar liked her immediately. She was very attentive to his needs and sent me lots of photos. I would definitely recommend her!
Whenever I need to go on a business trip abroad, Jess comes to take care of my two cats,Morris and Casper at home. She is very caring, responsible, and looks after my cats exactly as I ask, on time. She often keeps me updated on how the cats are doing, which makes me feel reassured while I'm away.
Had Sum yuen to walk and feed our beloved oreo for a week. She asked about everything oreo like and dislike before meeting her. Gave us detailed updates and pictures whenever she meet oreo. Much appreciate her effort, would definitely recommend whoever needs help to take care of theirs pets!!!
Sum Yuen did a great job walking Oslo. always punctual and reliable, and clearly confident with dogs. Oslo seemed really relaxed and happy in their care. She kept us updated which was reassuring while we were out. we’d happily book again.
Jess is a caring, responsible and punctual person. My cat scared stranger a lot. Used to play “hide and seek “ with home visitors but Jess is still patient with my cat and finished the task that I gave her. Every time I asked for her help at very emergency times, she tried her best to assist me. She is such a sweet pet keeper.
Sum Yuen was a great petsitter, and made my first experience on rover enjoyable. Very professional, with experience with her own and others pets. My cat had a fun time, and his usually high energy was healthily worn down once he came home. Definitely will book with her again in the future.

Harmonogram
I currently work freelancing with a flexible schedule, so I can organise my time around feeding, walks, playtime, and giving cuties attention throughout the day. I also spend quite a lot of time at home doing creative work, so pets are rarely left alone for long periods.
