I’ve had multiple dogs as an adult and have watched friends’ dogs. We especially love smaller dogs though! It brings us so much joy to watch little pups playing together but we only have one (T-Bone, a 10 pound Maltipoo, who is the center of our world (my husband, our 17 yo,, and I give all our attention to him). We would love to meet new playmates for T-Bone and shower them with attention too. I have recently retired from my tech job, so am home 24/7. Your pet would be allowed as much or as little space as they’re comfortable with. They’re welcome to nap with us on the couch, sleep in our bed, or stay in their crate. We will follow and reinforce their current routines. I will also daily photos (my favorite part!).

Hazel had a fabulous 5 day stay with Suk, T-Bone, and family. Suk sent lots of cute pics and updates. Hazel has stayed with Suk before and she always has a great time. Hazel played hard with T-Bone, enjoyed her walks and naps, and got lots of cuddles. Thank you Suk for indulging Hazel!

This was my first time using a pet sitting service and I feel very fortunate to have found Suk and T-Bone! Monroe was very well taken care of and I felt fully at ease during my time away from her. 100% recommend Suk! Monroe is excited for the next time she gets to play with T-Bone next month :)

Schedule
Since I’m retired, I have a very flexible schedule and can shower your pup with attention all day. Also we will only take one dog at a time so your fur baby will be well taken care of. We can walk multiple times a day if needed. We have nice walking paths close by as well as a private trail right behind our house. We also have a huge unfenced yard and your pet will always be leashed and supervised outdoors.

I’ve been a long time Rover user and whenever I’ve used it, there are a few non-negotiables that I always looked for… 1) pet families that are used to having small dogs around - these cuties need extra care and attention, 2) sitters that are around all day and will only take one dog at a time so your dog will get personalized attention, and 3) pet families that have their own small dog as a playmate - it should be a fun time for them too. As a sitter now, I would like to provide that for you.

A typical day
We’ll do exercises both inside and outside. With small dogs, we can still get our exercise running around the house or playing fetch indoors. We also have private trails behind our house, an unfenced yard for lots of sniffing, and nice shaded walking paths, which we can take walks on or play at.
