Taking care of animals is not just cleaning up their messes, but it is making sure we know their needs and reading their body language. To ensure your pet is comfortable it means to understand their needs and how they feel. But most importantly just spending time and having fun with them!

Michelle is so sweet and kind and always double-checking, while reassuring me that Mochi (my dog) is doing fine. She genuinely cares and goes out of her way to make sure that Mochi is doing fine, and that makes me feel at ease. I know my dog is in great hands, and it gives me relief knowing that he will be okay. Thank you, Michelle!
