I had a really positive experience. Sue came out for a meet and greet a couple days before so my puppy could get to know her. On the days of the service she walked him, played with him, and made sure he got some attention and activity. She kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the visits, which gave me peace of mind. Everything went smoothly and I felt he was well cared for.
