I retired 3 years ago so my time is pretty much my own. Having said that, I still have to run errands, get some gym-time in etc. so my ideal pet-sitting job would be one where the pet I am sitting gets along with my baby and I can leave them home alone for at least 3-4 hours without having to worry about potty breaks. :-)

I am happy to follow whatever rules pet owners have for their pets while in their home. In our home, our puppy sleeps in her crate at night; she is still a baby - once she is grown and a little mature, we would love to have her on our bed - there’s nothing more heart-warming in this world than cuddling with your pet.

Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household

Information Sue A. would like to know about your pet

So long as your pet gets along with mine; sleeps through the night and is potty-trained - I'll be happy to have them in my home for as long as needed. One dog is a joy and two together is double the fun.

A typical day

The best part about having 2 dogs in the house at the same time is that it makes the whole day one of play and fun. I send my baby to doggie day-care thrice a week only so she can socialize and expend most of her energy. We have a lovely fenced in back-yard where the pups can play until they are exhausted or it's bed-time. :-) I am also happy to play fetch and take them on long walks.

Pet care experience

I adore my dog and would do anything for her. I recognize that there are many like me who would like to be assured of their pet’s well-being and care when they’re away from home. I would like to provide them with that comfort and assurance so they can have a worry-free vacation. After all, none of us would really leave our pets behind unless we absolutely had to.

Thank you Sue so very much for watching our fur baby Milo and our kitty Sombrita while we were away. It's a comfort knowing that they were looked after by a pet lover Iike yourself. If you are looking for an experienced, caring, sweet, attentive and responsible person to love your pets while you are away, then you have to call Sue!!!

Sue is the ideal pet sitter! She is a genuine care giver, and any dog would be assured of her complete attention and affection. She is very observant and tuned in to a pet's needs and I would happily leave my dog with her, knowing that my dog will be in very capable and caring hands. She is quite the walker, so long walks for your dogs are guaranteed! You'll get regular updates, photos and videos too. It is such a comfort to be able to plan vacations knowing that you have a great sitter for your dog

Sue has had dogs as part of her family for over 2 decades at least. She has cared for her previous dog well into his senior years with love, patience and compassion. And now she has another little girl (Sunny) as her favorite creature in the world. She walks Sunny every day (even in winter) as long as Sunny is up for it and it's not too hot. I trust Sue with my pets anytime. Sue loves dogs and will have wonderful interactions with any dogs she is responsible for. Sue will care for dogs with love and patience and make them her first priority.
