We loved how they cared for Oscar as if their own, heeding to his particular personal needs and trying to understand him. He was very well looked after and we received timely updates with texts and pictures. They were very patient with all our queries too. We loved how empathetic they were with pets and treated him with so much empathy and gentleness. He was very relaxed and his usual self when he got back home. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the care our pet received—truly above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. From the moment we met, it was clear they were not just a sitter, but a genuine animal lover with an incredible sense of intuition, patience, and kindness. Every update came with heartfelt stories and photos that made us feel like we were right there, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. What truly stood out was how at ease and joyful our dog was under their care. In fact, when she returned home, she seemed a little confused—like she had left her home behind! It was clear she had formed a deep bond and had been treated not as a guest, but as family. She moped a little after the return, missing her second home, which—if we’re being honest—made us just a little envious… and a little sad 😊 There’s a rare kind of trust you can place in someone when they love your animals like their own. That’s exactly what we found here.
