My name is Stuart, and I live in Boulder, Colorado, with my 9-year-old, gentle Weimaraner. I just love dogs and have raised two of my own from pups, so I have worked with all stages of a dog's life. I understand how to potty train a puppy, capture and hold a dog's attention, and just how firm to be with any dog I meet. My philosophy with my boy and your pets is that I am here to serve that animal and not the other way around. I love hiking and know all the trails in the Boulder County area, so if that's a go, let's do this! If your pet needs special training, I can work to help you achieve your goals. I can provide loving support and companionship if you have a sensitive or older dog.

I'm very attentive, with calm and clear energy, so I'm always watching and anticipating any need that they may have. I will always carefully follow your directions, and tailor my care to your best friend's needs.

Stuart helped us out last minute when our other rover cancelled, and it was a holiday. He was thorough and took great care of our 3 dogs, sending pictures and updates throughout. Plus, we returned to a spotless house. We would absolutely have Stuart sit for our dogs again.

Stuart is a special man hosting qualities of leadership, compassion and extraordinary patience. His tender and vibrant relationship with his dog, Granite - reminds me of Timmy and Lassie (except Stuart is quite a bit older than Timmy and Granite is not a collie.) Am I dating myself? My wife and I occasionally host our grand dog, Lox - who has a tendency to be quite shy around new people. With Stuart, she just seems to feel at home right away. Insofar as trustworthy and responsible - you've got the right man in Stuart!
I've known Stuart for years and spent plenty of time with him and his pets. He truly cares for animals and enjoys them, and is respectful of people, their property, and their pets alike. I trust him to do a lot more than 'the minimum' for a pet and see to it that they are well cared for.

I'm self-employed in tech, so I am highly flexible to visit, walk, and adventure with your pets. I can work from anywhere, so it's easy for me to care for your animals in your home or mine, short-term or longer term.
