I like to ask where your dog lies on the submissive/dominant spectrum and if they have any particular things they were not socialized to in youth that would cause them to get upset. For boarding, I only accept dogs that are friendly to other dogs.
A typical day
I like to take my dog to the local dog park, trails in the Boulder open space, and on adventures to the mountains. All of these would be possible. Or I am happy to invent games and show playful attention to your dog in your home or yard if you have dogs that don't leave the property.

My name is Stuart, and I live in Boulder, Colorado, with my 9-year-old, gentle Weimaraner. I just love dogs and have raised two of my own from pups, so I have worked with all stages of a dog's life. I understand how to potty train a puppy, capture and hold a dog's attention, and just how firm to be with any dog I meet. My philosophy with my boy and your pets is that I am here to serve that animal and not the other way around. I love hiking and know all the trails in the Boulder County area, so if that's a go, let's do this! If your pet needs special training, I can work to help you achieve your goals. I can provide loving support and companionship if you have a sensitive or older dog.

Stuart helped us out last minute when our other rover cancelled, and it was a holiday. He was thorough and took great care of our 3 dogs, sending pictures and updates throughout. Plus, we returned to a spotless house. We would absolutely have Stuart sit for our dogs again.
Stuart is wonderful with our dogs. He was accommodating to our requests and schedule. The dogs were happy and well cared for.
Stuart cared for our animals in our home & took great care of our 2 dogs and cat while we traveled. he was easy to communicate with and very kind and diligent about care routines for our pets.
Stuart is the absolute best! He treated my dogs with such love and care. He sent daily updates with pictures and told me how the day had gone. Came home to happy dogs and a spotless house. Couldn’t recommend more highly!
