Hi! Thanks for reading my profile. I've been around or taking care of cats my whole life. From my first cat, Socks - a very cute black cat with (you guessed it) white paws - to my sister's Ragdoll, Tofu, who I look after when she's on vacation. Visit my insta, "UES.Catsitter" for a video intro of me and my place! I have a great sunny spot on the top floor of my building. My two large front windows look out onto 2nd Avenue, providing an ideal spot for your cat to sunbathe or to watch the cars go by. Currently, I wait tables part time and am a writer, so I spend a lot of time at home. I am a very communicative and fun pet sitter! I'll be sending you photos regularly and will always be available to answer any questions and provide updates. I'm also happy to provide any special services like picking up / dropping off your cat. I can also provide the litter box, litter (no charge), food bowls, and have scratch posts and cat toys. If your cat has any specific needs, I'm happy to help. Steven has been no less than amazing with my cat Odin. He has a calm and positive personality that makes him very approachable to cats, as my cat immediately felt right at home. Steve is AMAZING! He is extremely kind, professional, communicative, and an obvious cat person! I could tell from the pictures that my cat Gatsby adored him and felt very comfortable at his apartment. He was very flexible and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and my Gatsby’s care (including giving him medications!). We loved the frequent updates he sent and we felt very reassured that Gats was in good hands. We’ll definitely book with him again. Thank you!

Steve took great care of our cat while we traveling, gave us lots of updates while we were gone.
Steven was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He sent updates and truly cared about Hudson’s comfort and well-being. Hudson is just a sensitive guy and we ended up bringing him home early, but I was so grateful for Steven’s flexibility and support. Would definitely recommend him to other pet parents.

Sitting for your cats will be quite easy for me, since my waiting job is only a 10 minute walk from my apartment. And otherwise, I'm at home writing!

A typical day would be letting your cat sleep, petting him, and playing with any toys if he's a more active cat. He'll have plenty of sunlight and entertainment from my two large windows!
