Animals are the kindest creatures. My happy place.
I have cared for pets since a young boy, beginning with guinea pigs, various beautiful dogs and nowadays 2 beautiful Ragdoll cats. I have provided care for other people pets for the last 5 years, mainly cocker spaniels, cocker-poos and poodles. I have a rare ability to build rapport with just about any dog from any background, which stands me in a good position especially when dealing with nervous dogs or bigger dogs, which some carers are unsure about. I am a very happy and calm individual and this bodes well when pairing with a new pet.

I will always put your best friends needs first and keep them safe. This is exactly what I would expect when asking for care of my own 2 beautiful cats who I love deeply. If anything were to go wrong with my own pets and an external carer, my heart would be broken, and I take this understanding with me when providing care for others. I am able to provide bespoke care depending on what your buddy needs and can follow instructions exceedingly well.

I am delighted Steven spent the day with Rita on 31/7/26. Rita adored Steven and happily went to him when he came to meet her a few days before the sit. When I returned home that evening Rita was relaxed and happy, I could not ask for more. Would happily ask Steven to look after Rita again should I need it. Diane Wood.
Steven was really good with our 5 month old puppy and coped with the boisterous behaviour well. It was wonderful to be able to go out for the evening and not have to worry.
Steven watched our two rescue greyhounds for a couple of hours during a very hot weekend while we were on holiday in Norfolk. I was grateful that he kept them safe, calm and shaded. He also wasn't phased by our youngest being reactive to other dogs.
Steven is a wonderful dog sitter! He is calm, kind, thoughtful and reliable and my boys were very happy with him. He had no problem with a slight change of timings which I really appreciated. We are looking forward to our next visit in a couple of weeks Thank you

Steven spent three days dog sitting my two anxious poodles while I was on holiday in Norfolk and I can't recommend him highly enough. Great communication throughout and he won over my fussy dogs...which is no mean feat!

Schedule
I work remotely as a health coach. It is a flexible role with calls taken online from anywhere in the world. Most of my work involves admin time which allows me to complete it when I’m ready, rather than being tied to a desk for consecutive hours. Through this I have been able to care for my own 2 Ragdoll cats and provide external care through sitting, walking and visits also without having to take time out of either role. My partner continues care of our own pets whilst I work away on visits and sits.
