Experienced Pet Sitter (London & Brighton areas)
I have done professional pet sitting for cats and dogs several times over the past 30 years. From short sits, spanning just a few days to 6 months sits on a couple of occasions. I was living overseas for 8 years and returned to the UK in Jan of 2023, since then I have completed 40+ sits on other pet sitting sites and have 100% 5 star reviews with excellent feedback from pet owners. I am very often requested back to sit again as cats and dogs bond with me very quickly. I am an author and motivational speaker, so much of my time is spent writing, and practicing my talks. When I'm pet sitting I usually end up with an audience of cats and dogs watching me inquisitively as I practise my speech to them. They obviously enjoy the attention. I do energy healing (similar to reiki), and while pet sitting, cats (even very antisocial ones) usually settle on my lap purring as I work with their energies during relaxing meditation. I prefer longer sits, please do not request me for sits that are shorter than 3 days. Thank you. Steven

Safety, trust & environment
When pet sitting I stick to the owners rules and routine so the pets feel as little disruption as possible. I'm very happy to have your pets sleeping on the bed with me if that's what they're used to, and if you don't permit them on the sofa etc. then those exact same rules apply while you're away.

Steven was absolutely fantastic and looked after the house and All our animals so well. Hugo our dog took to him straight away and we were able to fully relax whilst away knowing he was in good hands.
Absolutely professional service. I will definitely recommend Steven for your pet sitting/care needs. Very calm and understanding which are qualities you look for and need when you are away. Our little Wolf was poirly whilst we were away and we were so hapoy that he was our pet sitter during that time. We can’t thank him enough for it. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! He was incredibly skilled, attentive, and went above and beyond to keep us informed about how our dogs were doing. It’s clear he genuinely cares, and it made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Honestly, he’s probably the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. Our dogs are still a bit sad now that he’s gone, which says it all! We’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets.
Steven looked after our giant schnauzer (and house) for ten days and was amazing. Super reliable, great communication with wonderful photos sent every day for the amazing walks he took her on. He clearly looked after her brilliantly and we were able to fully relax knowing she was in great hands. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Schedule
I am an author, I work from my laptop at my own pace when the mood takes me. I have no commitments or deadlines so I can give your pet plenty of loving care and attention. I love playing with pets, and going out for dog walks. I grew up with cats, dogs and horses. Animals have always been a big part of my daily routine.
