Dog Whisperer
I have had many beloved pet dogs and have dog sat for friends and family when they go on vacation. I feel like I have a special connection with dogs and understand their wants and needs. My family jokingly refers to me as the "Dog Whisperer"

Bean had a wonderful stay with Steven, Helen and Milo! They have a great set up with fenced in front and back yards. Bean felt immediately at home when we dropped her off and Milo was wonderful with her puppy energy. We would highly recommend them!
Steve and Helen were so great. They were safe, flexible, and caring. Lexi clearly was in good hands and had a lot of fun in their yard. I could tell when I picked her up that she was very happy with them, and that is priceless to me when I have to be separated from my little best friend. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

We boarded our 1.5yr old (F) Cavapoo with Steven and his dog Milo (M) for a few nights after a meet and greet session. We appreciated the easy and quick communication with Steven and the photo/video updates during the stay. The ability to play outside in the fenced yard with Milo was highly enjoyed by our pup, as was the ability to cuddle up on the couch! We would book with Steven again after our positive experience.
Steven took wonderful care of Riley. I’d definitely book him again.

Schedule
I am retired but work out of the home part time as a crossing guard. One hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. My wife is home during the morning hour.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a small extremely friendly 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Milo. He loves to play with every dog he has met and is extremely gentle and loving. We have a fenced in front yard and back yard with plenty of room for small dogs to roam and a quiet neighborhood for leash walks.
Pets
A typical day
I spend many hours daily with my own dog. Playing games inside and outside. Hiding toys, playing fetch, chasing him (which he loves). We walk a couple of times a day in my neighborhood as well as regular visits to Rivers Edge and Pine Banks Park.
