Safety, trust & environment
After a booking is confirmed, a free meet and greet will be arranged to finalise all details, which includes discussing and understanding the routines of your fur babies. Feeding guidelines and cleaning instructions will be followed closely to minimize stress for the cats when their owners are away. Please note that unless we are within 15 minutes walking distance, I will be driving and if there are no parking space nearby, an additional parking/ travel charge will be added to the booking.

It was nice to meet Steven and Jeany and they did a great job looking after my two cats. I got good updates with nice pictures that showed the cats were clearly relaxed in their company. Getting things arranged was easy and there was good communication throughout. I will happily use them again.
Steven and Jeany were absolutely fantastic looking after my gorgeous Rosie while I was away. She’s a shy girl but warmed up to them very quickly and I received lots of updates, pictures and videos which meant that I could enjoy my time away without having to worry at all. They really went above and beyond to take the best care of her and were super flexible with any last minute changes. Definitely will be booking again! Thank you 🙏

I couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. My cats are usually very wary of new people (will hide under the bed) but they warmed up straight away and weren’t scared which says everything about how naturally caring and calm they are. I received regular updates with photos and videos, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear they’re a true cat person and genuinely understands how to make cats feel comfortable. They cleaned up all the mess my cats made—from furballs to picking up things they had knocked over (including scattered Lego pieces). When I mentioned I noticed things had been knocked around, Steven even offered to come by earlier to check on them and make sure they were okay. I’d absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely caring cat sitter.
We cannot thank Steven and Jeany enough for the wonderful care they gave our two cats. They were absolutely brilliant—utterly reliable, professional, and clearly genuine animal lovers. They went above and beyond by suggesting an additional litter facility to ensure a more comfortable environment for our cats, which we truly appreciated. We received regular updates throughout, giving us total peace of mind. We returned to two very happy, settled cats, and it is a relief to find sitters you can trust implicitly. Highly recommended. It was lovely having Steven & Jeany look after the cats again. All cats happy when we got home and the house was clean and tidy as we knew it would be. They kindly sent updates while we were away too which we really appreciate!
